2.2 Cheating and Fair Play

In our games, you agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
Modify or interfere with the game client or server in any way
Use bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items outside of official channels
Engage in any activity that disrupts the game experience for other players

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to:

Games, applications, and software
Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and video clips
Music, sound effects, and audio content
Characters, storylines, and game mechanics
Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
Source code, algorithms, and technical documentation

are owned by PlazG Studio, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install our games on your personal mobile devices
Use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
Access and use the content made available through the Services

3.3 Restrictions

This license does not include:

Any resale or commercial use of the Services
Distribution, public display, or public performance of the Services
Modifying or making derivative uses of the Services
Using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

4.2 Virtual Items

Virtual items, currency, and other digital content purchased or earned in our games:

Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the game
Cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value
May be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time
Are provided under a limited license that may be revoked

4.3 Payment Processing

In-app purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Google Play). Your purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by You

5.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
We discontinue the Services
We believe termination is necessary to protect our users or the Services

5.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
Any virtual items or currency associated with your account may be forfeited
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Warranties that any defects will be corrected
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAZG STUDIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Personal injury or property damage
Any damages arising from your access to or use of the Services
Any damages arising from unauthorized access to our servers or personal information

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlazG Studio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Services

Your violation of any rights of a third party
Your User Content

9. Changes to Terms
